Halloween Pooch Parade

Bring your favorite four-legged friend to Cheekwood for our fourth annual Pooch Parade! Costumed canines and their owners are invited to parade around the gardens for a fun morning stroll, costume contest, and even a popsicle eating contest for a cool treat for all the pups out there. Categories for the costume contest include Judge’s Favorite, Most Creative, and Best Owner/Dog Combo.
Halloween Pooch Parade is included with general admission, and free for Cheekwood members. Because this is such a paw-pular event, we encourage you to reserve tickets for a morning or afternoon arrival! Morning arrivals may arrive anytime between 9 am – 12:30 pm, and afternoon arrivals may arrive anytime between 12:30 pm – 4 pm.
Morning Event Schedule:
• Doors open at 9 am
• Kids Activities from 10 am – 2 pm
• Pet Introductions and Costume Contest 10:30 am, immediately followed by Pooch Parade
Afternoon Event Schedule:
• Kids Activities from 10 am – 2 pm
• Pet Introductions and Costume Contest 2 pm, immediately followed by Pooch Parade
Join us in helping our local shelter as we collect items for donation for the Nashville Humane Association. Visit their wish list to see what’s in need!
