All Ages Learn to Ride is for people ages 7 and up who have never pedaled a bicycle and for people who need a refresher of bicycling basics. It will cover the following basics:
-
Getting onto the bike
-
Basic balance
-
Braking and stopping
-
Pedaling
-
Turning
Every human learns at their own rate at to their own ability, and we believe in incremental exposure over time. Some students may get up to two pedals and some may not - but EVERYONE will learn SOMETHING.
This class is presented in partnership with the Metro Nashville Parks & Recreation's Outdoor Recreation program and is supported by the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation.
