*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 09/12/2015
We have some great performances lined up this summer so pack a picnic, gather friends and family, and head on over to Owl's Hill for an evening of fun, friends and music.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

June 20-- Phil Keaggy & Muriel Anderson
Our 2015 concert series launches with the very special pairing of Phil Keaggy and Muriel Anderson.  Phil, whose solo career has spanned over 40 years and more than 60 albums, is widely regarded as one of the finest guitarists in music today.  Composer, guitarist, and harp-guitarist Muriel Anderson is the first woman to have won the National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship and is founder of the renowned Muriel Anderon's All Star Guitar Night.

July 18-- Joe Freel of the Nashville Jazz Workshop
Last year's evening of jazz with Annie Sellick was such a huge hit we've decided to bring you more Jazz in the Meadow!  This year we are collaborating with the Nashville Jazz Workshop to bring you the fabulous Joe Freel, backed by a band of NJW musicians.

August 22--Musical Theater in the Meadow:  An Evening of Gershwin
Returning for the third year in a row is our popular evening of musical theater standards.  This summer's concert will feature the music of George Gershwin, offered by some of Nashville's finest theatrical performers and supported by a fantastic band.

September 12-- Leslie Satcher & Kent Blazy
Continuing in the tradition of the writer's round, we offer Leslie Satcher and Kent Blazy for our final concert this season.  In addition to recording two albums of her own, Leslie Satcher has penned hits for artists such as George Strait, Martina McBride, and Vince Gill.  Singer-songwriter Kent Blazy has written numerous hits for Garth Brooks, including Garth's first number one, "If Tomorrow Never Comes", and many great songs for other artists like Kenny Chesney and Patty Loveless.
